Background
I'm Josh. I've been in IT and tech operations for over 25 years—starting with computer programming in college, then building IT services and sales companies since 2000.
My background includes film and TV tech operations in Vancouver, managed IT and property services in Canada, and now Maple Connection in Costa Rica.
I started Maple Connection because I saw the same pattern repeating: property owners frustrated by inconsistent local IT, break-fix chaos, and "a guy with a WhatsApp number" who disappears when things get complicated.
The Approach
Maple Connection replaces chaotic, reactive IT with a standardized, managed system. We stabilize in the right order—computers first, then network, then on-site systems—and manage everything as one environment.
We don't do one-off fixes. We don't maintain mixed or legacy environments we didn't install. We only manage standardized systems we install and maintain, month-to-month.
